Without having breakfast in the morning, people will feel tired easily. They will have problems in their stomach and look older than they really are.
"Starting the day with a good breakfast appears to be helpful, "says Amy, a research professor. "Children who miss breakfast may be losing out on important nourishment (营养)in fruit, milk, bread and so on. "
If your child is in a hurry in the morning, get him some pieces of bread with some fruit or yogurt. In that case, he won't get into other health problems.
