2018托福写作素材：孩子类行为

　　托福写作部分一共分为两大任务，task 1考察考生对阅读材料和听力材料的信息整合能力，task2考察考生对某一特定话题的独立观点表达，具体任务特点不同，我们的应对策略也不同。托福写作task 2又被称为托福独立写作，话题涉及的领域多样，生活类是考察频率比较高的类别之一，下面我们来看一篇生活类话题拓展的真题解析：Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? Children should only study and play rather than help with household chores.

　　这道题是对家庭生活中的“孩子行为”进行探讨，我们可以从每个成员的责任和义务角度来思考。

　　Responsibility 1: Study

　　学习是孩子的责任之一，因为作为社会的一员，每个孩子的成长都与社会未来的发展息息相关，从而好好学习就是塑造自我(self-cultivate)的一个有力途径。

　　Responsibility 2: Family Duty

　　孩子不仅是社会的一员，更是家庭的一员，要成为一个良好公民的前提是能够胜任家庭成员，做力所能及的家务事是培养孩子责任感的一个有效手段(effective means)，不仅如此，做家务可以训练一些基本技能(basic skills)。
