　　阅读说 lower speed limit好处多多啊

　　1、可以减少serious accidents

　　2、可以减少尾气emission，提升air quality

　　3、可以减少fuel的使用

　　professor义无反顾地反驳它：

　　1、serious accidents的减少可能是其他因素引起的，如better road condition & car equipments

　　2、其实并没有改善环境呀，只有0.1%的减少，空气质量还是poor

　　3、浪费了drivers的时间，货物运输时间变长了，使得成本也高了。

　　独立写作作：the advice from our grandparents have no use for their grandchildren because the world changed a lot during the past 50 years.
