　　3月5日上午，十三届全国人大二次会议开幕会结束后，2019年全国两会第二场“部长通道”在人民大会堂举行。农业农村部部长韩长赋介绍，今年要推动全国三万个村庄，大体上是一千万的农户实现改厕，中央财政计划安排70亿元支持这项工作。韩长赋表示，农村环境整治不是一个简单的事，要真抓实干、久久为功。
