　　话题：Do you agree or disagree that the most important thing the government should do to improve health care is to clean the environment.

　　此题目为绝对词的题目，小鸟建议选择不同意，采用承认合理性，反驳绝对性的结构来写作。具体来说，承认合理性，但是要给出其他可以提升健康保健的方式。

　　随着健康意识的提升awareness of health，如何提高健康how to improve health care 变成公众关心的话题issue of public concern。个人观点是，只cleaning environment太过于简化了这个复杂情况oversimplified the complicated situation。

　　论点1：应该发展医疗科技 developing medical technology。找原因：仍然有很多 incurable diseases such as cancer and AIDS，因此医疗技术急需in great need。政府应该承担责任assume the responsibility 进行医疗进展making progress ，进而延长寿命prolonging the life expectancy。进一步举例子：

　　论点2：应该改善体育健身设施place emphasis on improving the sports infrastructure，让人们能够定期健身 work out regularly。人们锻炼越多，免疫系统immune system 越强。
