　　My best friend constantly seeks out dangerous activities to use her energy and is a fitness nut. She has tried everything from jumping out of planes to cage diving with sharks. She has been this way since she was very young. My friend is always looking for the next thrill and the next challenge to get her blood pumping.

　　Recently this friend of mine pushed the envelope even further by joining a rock climbing group. She has made some great friends in this group and the activity has really developed her upper arm and body strength. My friend hits the gym every Friday and doesn’t leave until her body is too weak to continue. I really admire her will and determination!

　　She went for her first rock climbing adventure in Cambodia, where she scaled an old temple wall. She went with a group of hikers from all across Asia and made many friends. She told me that she was scared at first but after some time she relaxed and once she was calm, she was able to enjoy the experience.

　　For me this activity is extremely intriguing as I don’t have the skills, the stamina, nor the courage to attempt anything like that. I'm made completely different and prefer the softer and easier things in life, such as coffee and a good book.
