Dear William,
How are you going? I’m writing to explain to you what military training is.
We middle school students usually go to camps to take military training, which lasts about two weeks. We have to practise some simple military movements. In addition, we are taught to sing songs which are very encouraging. What impresses me most is the long march, which sometimes covers as far as ten kilometers.
Military training is meant to teach us how to cooperate and act as a whole. Meanwhile, good qualities such as selflessness, dedication and perseverance can be cultivated and fear conquered. In short, military training leaves me a deep impression and influences me profoundly, which is far beyond my imagination.
