　　高考综合症是指患者由于心理素质差，面临高考考试情境产生恐惧心理，同时伴随各种不适的身心症状，导致考试失利的心理疾病。主要表现为考生在考试前或考试中出现心慌、胸闷、头昏，无法抑制自己的焦虑情绪和紧张心理，严重者还会手指颤抖、头晕耳鸣、大汗淋漓、无法自持甚至发生昏厥。
