　　中部崛起战略是指促进中国中部经济区共同崛起的一项中国中央政策，2004年3月5日首先由温家宝总理提出。中部六省包括华中地区三省、华东地区两省以及华北地区的山西省。中部崛起是我国区域经济协调发展战略的重要组成部分，是根据科学发展观所确立的高瞻远瞩、统揽全局、面向未来的重大决策，它在经济、政治和社会发展等方面都具有十分重大的战略意义。

　　The "Rise of Central China" Strategy refers to the policy of the central government to promote the rise of the economic zones in the central regions and was first brought forward by Premier Wen Jiabao on March 5, 2004. The six provinces in the central regions include three provinces in Central China, two provinces in East China and one province, Shanxi, in North China. As a significant part of China’s regional coordinated economic development strategy and a major decision featuring foresight, overall planning and future orientation established according to the outlook on scientific development, it is of great strategic significance to economic, political and social development.
