　　定向招生

　　定向招生是指在招生时就明确毕业后的就业方向的招生办法。农业、矿业、石油、司法等部以及国防军工系统所属的某些学校可分别按隶属关系面向农场、矿区、油田、水电施工基地和国防军工三线等地区招生，毕业后到这些单位和地区工作。实施定向招生的目的是鼓励学生到农村及比较艰苦的地区工作。

　　Targeted Admission

　　Targeted admission is a method of enrolment where the students are pre-assigned at the time of enrolment to certain jobs after graduation. There are some universities in the fields of agriculture, mining, petroleum and defence industry which are authorized to enroll students from areas where rural farms, mines, petrol fields, electricity, water and defense industry facilities are based. These students would work in these areas after graduation. The aim of this initiative is to encourage students to work in the countryside and areas where life is relatively difficult.
