2011英语四级考试语法讲义：在……方面”的副词

　　英语句法中，副词的种类较多，可以用来表示时间、地点、方式、目的、原因、结果、程度、让步、条件、比较、频率等。其中有种用来表达“在……方面”或“在……上”的副词，值得特别注意。
　　这种副词主要以“-ly”结尾，其中以“-al”形容词加上“-ly”的居多。例如：
　　（1） This sentence is grammatically faulty. 　 （在语法方面）

　　（2） Is every citizen politically equal? 　 （在政治方面）

　　（3） The opponents were defeated not only militarily but also morally, psychologically and politically. 　（军事上、道德上、心理上和政治上）

　　（4） More and more young people have become economically independent.（在经济方面）

　　（5） Ideas which are theoretically sound may not work in practice.（理论上）

　　（6） The strategy used is logically appropriate. 　（逻辑上）

　　（7） All the training schemes are technically possible.（技术上）

　　（8） It is practically feasible to develop regional economy.（实际上）

　　（9） The two elements can be chemically changed if mixed together.（化学上）

　　（10） Technically, many Asian countries lag behind European countries.（在技术方面）

　　（11） Syntactically, this essay is well-written. 　（在句法方面）

　　（12） Semantically, such a sentence is ambiguous. 　（在语义方面）　　“在……方面”还可以透过副词短语，即“介语+名词”来表示；这介词一般上是“in”，有些是“at”。

　　（13） Jason is rich in teaching experience. 　（在教学经验上）

　　（14） Some countries are poor in natural resources. 　（在天然资源方面）

　　（15） David is superior to others in patience. 　（在耐性方面）
