　　The circular economy is the economic development on the basis of resources recycling, regeneration and reuse. The circular economy provides the strategic theoretical paradigm for the transition from the traditional economy to sustainable development as well as the overall approach for optimization of relationship among various components of the economic system. In this way, the long-standing tensions between the environment and economic development is fundamentally eliminated, and harmonious development between human and nature is promoted.
