　　The Regulation for the Disabled's Education of the PRC

　　Issued and implemented on August 23, 1994, the Regulation is China's first special legal provision for the education of the disabled. It makes explicit stipulations for preschool education, compulsory education, vocational education, ordinary education, higher education, medium education, adult education, teachers, material insurance, as well as an incentive system. The Regulation had its latest amendment in 2011.
