　　Liaoning Province is located in the northeast part of China with Shenyang as its capital. It is separated by the Yalu River from North Korea and the sea from Japan and South Korea. As an old industrial base of China honored as "the Eastern Ruhr", it boasts relatively complete industrial categories nationwide, and is the birthplace of industry of the P.R.C. It is also one of the cradles of the Chinese nation and Chinese civilization. Now it has reached the level of intermediate developed countries in terms of comprehensive strength.
