　　翼城花鼓是山西省翼城县的汉族传统舞蹈艺术，动作粗犷，节奏欢快，风格淳朴，打花鼓是翼城县各种节日庆典活动中必不可少的内容。历经1000多年，翼城花鼓不仅演变成一种独具特色的民间舞蹈，而且传播到陕西、内蒙、天津、河南等多个省份。2006年，翼城花鼓被列入第一批国家级非物质文化遗产名录。

　　Yicheng Huagu is a traditional Han dance from Yicheng County in Shanxi Province. An indispensable part of many of the festive celebrations in Yicheng County, huagu, a complex drum dance, combines sharp moves, cheerful rhythms, and an authentic and unsophisticated style. Evolving over a thousand years, Yicheng Huagu has become a characteristic folk dance that has spread to many other provinces and cities including Shaanxi, Inner Mongolia, Tianjin, and Henan. Yicheng Huagu was included in the National Intangible Cultural Heritage List in 2006.
