　　This law firm represents passenger Mr. Wu regardinga missing luggage claim. Enclosed please find anotarized copy of the power of attorney as signed byMr. Wu.

　　Please be advised that Mr. Wu was a passenger inyour flight (UA#982) en route from New York Cityto Beijing on April 16, 2011. On arriving at BeijingInternational Airport, Mr. Wu's luggage, being an olive-green plastic suitcase by the size ofapproximately 85 cm X 95 cm X 35 cm, could not be found at the Baggage Claim Area andwas lost. Mr. Wu duly registered the loss with the airport authority and the local servicecounter of your airlines. Enclosed please find a copy of the Loss Claim Receipt as registeredwith and issued by your service counter representative.

　　After more than one month, you have not yet found Mr. Wu's suitcase. Enclosed please find alist with receipts of items contained in said suitcase.
